Submitting the contact form sets a technically necessary session cookie used solely to prevent abuse (rate-limiting against automated form flooding); it does not require consent.
When you visit the website, the hosting provider automatically collects technical access data (e.g. IP address, date, time, browser, operating system). This serves technical security and is not used to identify individuals.
If you contact me via the contact form or by e-mail, your details (name, organisation, e-mail, message) are stored solely to process your request and are not shared without your consent. The form checks incoming requests server-side for origin and obvious spam (honeypot field) to prevent abuse.
The website is hosted by a provider with servers located in Germany. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the hosting provider.
